Subject: Complaint regarding non-delivery of prepaid order by ThriveCo
I placed a prepaid online order with ThriveCo on 14 September 2026.
Order details:
• Order Number: THRV161898322
• Order Date: 08 September 2026
• Amount Paid: ₹1,450
• Promised Delivery Date: 14 September 2026
• Issue: Order not delivered
Despite making the full payment of ₹1,450, I have not received the ordered products even though the promised delivery date has passed.
The non-delivery of the prepaid order has caused inconvenience and financial loss. I request the company to either:
1. Deliver the complete order immediately, with valid tracking details; or
2. Cancel the order and provide a full refund of ₹1,450 to the original payment method.
I request the National Consumer Helpline to take up the grievance with the company and assist me in obtaining an appropriate resolution.
I am ready to provide the order confirmation, payment proof, delivery commitment, tracking information and correspondence with the company as supporting documents.

Bro if you're getting all those ingredients like azelic acid and hazel nut, along with hyaluronic acid in product, it will have to be effective. And it is, everyone should try it once.

One of the best regime for acne or oily skin, it helps.
