Rosemary Shampoo (250ml) +Rosemary Conditioner (250ml) +Rosemary Water (100ml)

Ordered 5 items in order no: #THRV161822636, Which is also containing 2 Rosemary Shampoo, 250ml, 2 anti hair grey serum and 2 rosemary essential oil bottles.
But when Order received, rosemary essential oil bottles are completely leaked all over in box, which is left only empty bottles in packet.
This is my very first order on THRIVE CO. And having very bad first experience because of this issue. Also tried to raise this issue on your whats app no: [****] , the number who placed my this order. But that person in not responding to my messages now.
also raise the issue by Sending the photos for reference/proof on official emails 2 times but still issue not resolved and its day 11 of waiting for resolution. And in today's another email they are saying they will send another bottle only if i will place any another order paying by myself. They are really expecting from customer to spend more money, if they want to get issue resolve.
